We have been building touring bicycles for many years, ranging from classic drivetrain tourers to models with internal gear hubs. Our bikes have been ridden across nearly every part of the globe. The introduction of the Pinion transmission has significantly enhanced this category, delivering an almost maintenance-free experience with an extensive gear range. Centrally positioned at the lowest point of the bicycle, the Pinion gearbox, when paired with the Gates Carbon Drive belt, transforms the bike into a truly “forever bike.” Recently, we have introduced a modern innovation by designing a 3D-printed gearbox bridge, which optimizes the integration of the gearbox into the frame and allows for additional tire clearance.

Designed by us and manufactured in Spain, our 3D-printed Pinion gearbox bridge ensures seamless integration of the gearbox into the frame design. It provides a stiff pedaling area, additional space for internal cable routing if required, increased tire clearance, and a dedicated boss for fender mounting.
Our Pinion bikes are truly custom, designed just for you. This includes consideration of your fit data, weight, riding preferences, expected weight of the cargo and many other details that will make it a unique bike.
Our Pinion touring bikes are constructed using the Boost wheel standard: 148x12 rear with a robust single-speed hub and 110x15 Boost front. The frame typically features an oversized main triangle with 50.8mm downtube and 25.4mm tapered chainstays. We incorporate exceptionally sturdy 38.1mm fork legs and 3D-printed dropouts to complement the strong frame. These bikes are equipped with strong rims, seat posts, stems, and handlebars. While they may not be the lightest, they are exceptionally durable and reliable.
